Ingredients:

  • 4 large medjool dates
  • 1.5 frozen banana
  • ½ cup Siggi’s vanilla yogurt drink
  • 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Boil some water. In a medium bowl, place 4 large dates and pour boiling hot water and let it soak for 10 minutes. Gently remove the outer skin off the dates and remove the pits.
  2. In a blender, place the pitted dates, cocoa powder, frozen bananas and pour in Siggi’s yogurt drink, almond milk and vanilla extract. Blend for 3 minutes then pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
