Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add a tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp salt and 1/2 lb rigatoni pasta. Cook until al dente - approx 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, add 1 tbsp olive oil in a large stainless steel pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and saute for 30 seconds then add the spicy Italian sausages and 1/4 tsp salt & black pepper. Combine and cook the sausage through. Add the Jersey Italian Gravy Vodka sauce and chili flakes and bring to a simmer for 5-10 minutes.

With a slotted spoon transfer the cooked pasta from the water right into the sauce. Add grated parmesan and torn pieces of basil and combine. Transfer to a bowl, garnish with more parmesan and basil. Enjoy!
