RASPBERRY FROSE

IMG_2038.jpeg

Who doesn’t love a boozy slushy?! More like an adult icee - remember those?? I used to love the white cherry flavor. Anywho, these days I prefer an adult frose which is simply just a frozen rose. It’s super refreshing, pretty, and dangerously good.

Here is everything you need:

In a Vitamix blender or any powerful blender, pour in rose, ice, simple syrup and frozen raspberries. Blend on low and slowly increase to medium speed until you get the right slushy consistency.

TIP ON MAKING YOUR OWN SIMPLE SYRUP:

  • Add 1/4 cup granulated sugar and 1/2 cup water into a sauce pan and bring to simmer over medium heat until sugar is fully dissolved. Remove from heat and pour into a cup and place into a fridge for 1 hour until cooled.

Pour into a coupe glasses, garnish with frozen raspberries and mint leaves. Enjoy!
